As you come from Bucharest to Predeal, on the state highway, at number 28, before the bridge with the control post, on the right side, a yellow and cosy little house, with flowers at the windows and hearts at the shutters, will leap to your eyes.
Grandma’s House is a pension on your taste, hospitable and joyful, intimate and beautifully arranged.
We know you like the photographs and you want to imagine every corner in Grandma’s House.
Grandma’s House intends to enchant all your senses.
The scent of Grandma’s pie, which is reddening on Friday and is on the house, reminds you of childhood’s years.
If it is winter and you don’t upset Grandma, she will not forget to prepare the boiled wine. You can feel its flavour as you enter the house, after a day on the ski track.
Even if she doesn’t like manele and loud music, Grandma learned the music her grandchildren like and has a pack of discs that she can put at your disposition.
Either you come in winter at ski, or in summer at the sun, you can make your vacation as you dream about. A sunny terrace is waiting for you in front of the house and a prettier one in the back, where Grandma placed a barbeque grill for your use, not from other reasons, but it is pity to loose the beautiful view of the pine tree forest behind the house.
Grandma’s house is that quiet and warm place where you can retreat and forget about the daily tumult. |
